The room was cosy and warm, fast and efficient breakfast service, great location near Paddington, good standard and service, friendly breakfast staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic as it is situated on a street where all the buses go 24 hours a day, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a window that overlooked a peaceful inner courtyard, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was satisfying, with a good portion of toast and a selection of options to choose from.
All was fine, with no issues to be improved.
